Hatha Yoga

Incorporates breath-work, meditation, and asana (steady pose). Hatha Yoga is designed to facilitate energy flow through the energetic channels of the body (nadis) this flow improves oxygenation, brings vitality and harmony to the body which reduces stress levels overall.  It is a powerful tool for self-transformation easing obstacles and assisting with weight loss, improved flexibility and balance, and stress reduction and a sense of peace and calm. 

Vinyasa Yoga

 Vinyasa Yoga is a moving meditation, allowing your body and your mind to flow in unison. You will move through a dynamic sequence of poses connecting breath to movement. Challenging your body to improve strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular capacity and your mind to promote mental resiliency to manage lifes daily stresssors and maintain a sense of your calm stable center.

Yoga Nidra

A form of psychic sleep or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that helps to turn on the parasympathetic nervous system, or the ‘relaxation response'‘. Deeply relaxing and restoring, you lay in Sivasana, (corpse pose) while being guided to bring awareness different areas of the body.

Yin Yoga

Slow paced class with less poses and each Pose is held for 3-5 minuets, sometimes longer. The purpose of Yin Yoga is to stretch the deep muscles, tendons, ligaments and facia for a therapeutic and meditative class. Yin Yoga uses Traditional Chinese medicine principals, very effective.

Breathwork

Depending on your needs we can discuss your goals and I can offer a Breathwork technique to best serve you. Breathwork is any way that we modify our breath for a desired outcome. Ranging from traditional Yogic Breathwork, Halotropic Breathwork, Transfornational, Reichian Breathwork, and Re birthing Breathwork. Breath is Power!!
